To ensure an unrivaled experience for celebrations graced by over 100 esteemed guests, i suggest upon the presence of a proficient duo of photographers, guaranteeing an all- encompassing coverage.
Securing your desired dates necessitates the formalization of an esteemed contract, accompanied by an irrevocable deposit amounting to 25%.
Travel expenses, being tailored to the unique circumstances of each venture, shall be appraised on an individual basis.
I kindly bring to your esteemed attention that pricing is subject to refinement. The figures delineated within this correspondence retain their validity for a duration of thirty days, commencing from the date of its delivery.

Payments
The payments for the photographic service are divided according to the following modalities.
First installment: 25% of the total balance upon signing the contract.
Second installment: 50% of the total balance by the wedding day.
Third installment: 25% of the total balance upon delivery of the photographic service."
Property of the image
In accordance with Article 98, Law 633 - April 22, 1941, and in conformity with the judgment of the Court of Cassation No. 4094 - June 28, 1980, the negatives and original productions are considered the property of the author. The couple may use them for any private, non-commercial purposes and may not transfer the images to third parties (for example, to other suppliers).
Use of the image
The couple consents to the display of particularly significant and pleasant images depicting them and their ceremony to the public. This may include showcasing in storefronts, participation in competitions, on the photographer's websites and platforms, advertising posters, and any other means associated with the photographer's promotional activities. The couple agrees that these images may be used in any lawful manner.
On the photographer's part, they commit to not allowing the images to be used in any way that could harm the image of the couple.
Withdrawl
The client can withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of its signing without any obligation to the photographer and with a full refund of the deposit paid. Subsequent cancellations will be regulated as follows: from the 14th day from the signing of this agreement up to 120 days before the wedding date, the photographic studio/photographer may retain the entire amount of the deposit paid.
From the 119th to the 60th day before the wedding date, the photographic studio/photographer is entitled to 50% of the total agreed fee as compensation for lost earnings. In the 59 days preceding the wedding date, the photographic studio/photographer is entitled to 100% of the total agreed fee as compensation for lost earnings.
If the photographic studio/photographer decides to cancel the execution of the service, the following cancellation terms are agreed upon: the photographic studio/photographer undertakes to suggest to the couple a colleague of adequate skill to replace them for the photographic service. Withdrawal within the 19 days before the wedding date can only be communicated if the service becomes impossible due to objective force majeure reasons (disorders, catastrophes, illness, accident, or other serious and documented reasons) not attributable to the photographic studio/photographer, who commits, from now on and to the best of their ability, to arrange for a replacement by a colleague of adequate skill in such circumstances.
